Royal Dental Lab's Point-Collecting program is a customer redounding program practiced by
Royal Dental Lab to express its gratitude for the long- term support and appreciation from all
customers. Clients who have their case fabricated in Royal Dental Lab obtain points which can
be exchanged into corresponding prizes. The prizes can be various from free travel to pre- paid
plane tickets, free China hotel staying etc. The calculating period for annual consuming points
extended from January to December of the same year. Points can be redeemed from January to
March of every year. |

| Point Calculating Rules |
Total points consists of two parts, they are Consuming Points and Rewarding Points.
Consuming points is calculated based on the total amount of the corresponding month. 1 USD
counts for 1 point. Summation of Consuming Point of a month is defined as Monthly Consuming
Point and that of a year is Annual Consuming Point. The accumulative totality is Total Consuming
Point. The rewarding points are randomly presented to the customers according to actual
circumstances. Royal Dental Lab keeps the final explanation to the rule for presenting rewarding
points. |

| Validity of Consuming Point |
The Consuming Point has a validity period of 3 years and the accumulative totality will be cleared
when the validity period is due. It will be conducted from August of 2008; customers can use
the points at any time within the valid period. For Example, a customer can use the points that
come into effect in 2008 before December of 2010. |

| Minimum requirement |
The points become exchangeable when the accumulative totality exceeds 10,000. Customer
whose account meets the standard can participate in this program. |

| Changing of Customer Status |
Account/Membership Write-off
When a customer quit this program, the balance of his consuming points will be cleared, which he
can use before quitting and get the prize before cleared.
Re-registration
Accumulating of consuming points starts from the date a customer re- enter this program. The
points from the previous account can not be transferred to the new account. |
